Gaiole in Chanti. The property is a farm with 21 hectars of land
with vinyards (12,66 he) and olive grove (own production of Chianti
Classico D.O.C.G. wine and extravergine olive oil). It is situated in a
panoramic and hilly position, in Chianti Classico area, 5 km from
Castellina in Chianti, 20 km from Siena and 50 km from Florence.
Building.
A beautiful architecture structure was built around an ancient guard
florence tower with adjacent very acient stone building and a two-storey
barn with wodden attic. The main building has a landlords’ large
apartment of 295 sqm, a service apartment of 75 sqm and 3 guest
apartments of 70 sqm each, consisting of a living area with dining room
and a kichenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and private
external space each.
Two beautiful apartments were also made in the
stone building, one of them is 55 sqm consisting of a large living room
with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and private
