The history of this luxury residence starts in the second part of XIX century. A stone arch dated 1875 leads us to the residence. The structure was established as a foundry for working metal, in the course of history with the succession of the property owners had many uses, including the production of flour (the old stone millstones are still present). Today the estate has been transformed into the residence, during the reconstruction of which they paid a particular attention to preserving the building's original features.
