The farm is located in a strategic position between the two most beautiful cities of Tuscany, Florence and Siena, reachable in just 20 minutes by car, is characterized by the imposing manor house, by the historic cellars dug into the tuff and by the splendid expanses of vineyards. , observing which we understand how time is marked by rhythms different from those of the hectic city life. It is one of the oldest Tuscan farms in the Chianti production area.
In addition to the farm, the core of the company, the property extends over 113 hectares of land, with various cultivation destinations (vineyards, olive trees, woods, arable land, wheat, etc.) and other buildings partly used for carrying out the activity others for agritourism or residential homes. No less important is the cellar located near the Villa, an environment of primary importance for carrying out the company's main activity of wine, oil and derivatives.
The Villa is divided into various units with independent characteristics and destinations. On the ground floor there are 2 apartments for agritourism activities, the reception, the company offices, some rooms, the refreshment area and warehouses. The first floor is divided into 4 apartments. The second and last floor (attic) is used as a warehouse.

Overall within the farm we find a restaurant and eight refined and welcoming apartments of the farmhouse, 17 apartments rented to residents and 3 barns to be restored.
Today the farm's production includes a rich range of fine nectars, labeled Chianti d.o.c.g. The famous and traditional reds are joined by a white, a rosé, a prosecco and a vinsanto.
